I'm inspired by the thread about whether there are DISers near you. If you are from PA please post where you are from. You dont' have to post your exact location if you don't want, just what you are near.

I live near Villanova University and the King of Prussia Mall.

I grew up in South Philly, and later moved to Delaware County.

I sometimes wished I still lived there, as our family members are still living there.

but as I've stated before....it's a great place....went "frog-gigging" with some Grandkids yesterday...

The frogs are statuettes painted and adorned by local arists and displayed around town...

plus...Presque Isle State Park...the Brig Niagara...Maritime Museum...and so much more!

always something educational/fun to do..

can't forget to menton...with the winters we have here....snowblowing has become a sport....I can hit a snowpile at 50 feet....

I went to Reading once to check it out for the day and shop at the outlets. Not much there in the way of shopping though.

Penndel, PA here! :bounce: If you key in my zip code, it will bring up Langhorne though....Penndel is so small it doesn't have it's own zip code!! It's about 10 min from Sesame Place. ::yes::

Other the the VF complex, outlet shopping is Reading is history. The ROC (Reading Outlet center) in the downtown area was sold earlier this year.

Our mailing address is Telford, but we live in Franconia Twp. We're about 5 miles from the Lansdale exit of the NE extension of the turnpike. . . . about halfway between Philly & Allentown.

Rikersmom - I graduated from West Chester when it was a State College.
