Are you "Fine" or "Well"?

Just curious, When someone says; "How are you?" do you say "Fine thank you or Fine," or "Well"?

Its true, here in Texas we say "I'm fine". "I am doing well" is what you say when someone asks about your health!

I put fine, because I use that if friends or family ask. If a stranger asks I sometimes say "very well thank you" though.
