Last semester when I was working 40+ hours a week and going to school every day I got addicted to it. I'd have 2-3 a day, but now I just go to school so I was able to ween myself off it a little. I have it maybe 1 or 2 days a week now before school but I try not to because I find it messes with my workouts later in the day having it in my system.
I don't like it. Like at all, I try and try.. but blech.
I like caffeinated things (pop, chocolate, and things like frapps that have caffeine in them).
As far as hot drinks go, I like hot chocolate athe occasional cappicuslds (cannot spell it).
