Are Wolfgang Pucks Cafe or Fultons on the Disney Dining Plan?

I downloaded the 2008 Deluxe Dining Plan brochure on Disney's website, and neither of them were included on the brochure. The only Downtown Disney Restaurant that was included is Cap'n Jack's Restaurant. I know at least Earl of Sandwich was included in 2007.

Fultons is not, we are eating there and paying out of pocket

Wolfgang Pucks Upstairs isn't on the plan, but the regular restraunt and express are

I cannot find Wolfgang Pucks Express at all on the 2008 DDP, where did you see it as this would make my day. After an evening shopping it's great to go there and sit outside and just soak up the atmosphere.

From the info I was given not all the restaurants have signed contracts. Last year I think it was around October that all of them had finished up by. So I would wait if possible to see the final list.

For 2007 WPC is on the DDP.

It would not surprise me at all if it was not on the 2008 DDP.

None of the other Levy restaurants are on there for 07 or 08.
