Spending the day in the office today, going to my moms to organize her garage sale, tonight. Hope to be back home tomorrow and then back to my mothers. Running the garage sale, Thursday, Friday work and well UM PACK! Saturday peacing out.

NY,NY!!!

Non dairy cream cheese is made with soy protein. Tastes pretty good. We don't eat milk and meat or poultry at same meal and since I'm serving chicken for dinner for the guys, they wouldn't be able to eat with real cream cheese.
I've made non dairy cheese cake a number of times and it comes very close to regular cheese cake.

I do like the little WW orange guy, his name is Hungry. I have one on my fridge, he's not really doing his job
