It's just me and my Boyfriend and we are late eaters. When we're at Disney we like to make ADR's between 7-9pm. For our trip at the end of this month this is what our ADR's look like:

Concourse Steakhouse @ 8:10pm
Crystal Palace @ 7:50pm
Chef Mickey's @ 9pm
Hollywood & Vine @ 6:40pm
Ohana @ 6:40pm

Are we the only crazy ones who make ADR's for late times??

I guess one of the good things about it is that we never have a problem getting an ADR for a place we want...since the majority eat dinner around 5 or 6pm.

we always make lunch ADR's for 2:15-2:30 p.m...
this way we save $$ and end up just snacking
the rest of the day :thumbsup2

NO. You are not crazy, especially with no children. Your ADR's look just fine. Enjoy your trip and your meals.

I usually eat early to beat the crowds, but sometimes I enjoy a late meal too. (I'd do that more often if I didn't have kids.) We've got 9 pm ADR's at Narcosees on Sept. 2nd. :woohoo:

We eat late as well then hit the EMH nights running. Or we will skip lunch and do a 4:00 dinner and just a quick snack later at night.

We do the same thing......we usually eat between 7:30-8:00. We like having a later dinner and a bottle of wine then a nice walk and off to bed.

We're on Mountain time and normally don't eat until 7 p.m. - so 8ish ADRs are fine for us.

Last September for free dining, all of our ADR's were between 5:15 and 5:45 because our idea was that we could eat a semi-early lunch, then do dinner early before the crowds and still have time to play in the parks afterwards.

WRONG. Ugh. We both really didn't like it. There was so much food that we weren't that hungry by dinner, but even if we were- we'd eat dinner, then be full and wouldn't be into going on all the rides again and such. We would have rather rode before, ate, and then caught a show or closed out the park shopping. Also if it was at anoter resort, it would take a while in travel time and we'd be leaving parks before we had done everything we had wanted to do and then wouldn't have much time afterwards to go back to a park and see much of anything.

This year we have all 6:40-8:00 ADR's except for the nights we want to catch Spectro or Fantasmic.

I think your schedule looks great! :thumbsup2

We don't mind dining late. My DW and I usually make our ADR's for FF after IllumiNations. We have one for 9:45 PM , the last seating, on our next trip.

We usually do TS for late lunches, cheaper & usually the same menu as dinner. Then we snack or have something light especially when we do EMH

If we were not going in Aug. we would have had all our ADR's for after 8pm. But, since it will be so hot during our trip we are using our meals as a heat break. All of our upcoming ADR's are for right around 5pm. We don't want to eat late because we'd rather be enjoying the cooler times for touring.

That's what was totally normal for us before DD. She changed all that for us. Now if I haven't eaten by 6:30, I swear I'm starving!

put us on the list of late eaters. Even here are home we never eat dinner until 8 or after.

My boyfriend and I are eating late on our upcoming trip as well. Specifically for California Grill where we get to eat and watch Wishes!

Our home schedule dictates that we usually don't eat til much before 8:15/8:30 every night. We always eat late at WDW.

We had the last reservation available for breakfast at 1900 PF last year and I have to say, that was the best! My kids don't want to eat a big breakfast too soon after getting up so we hit the park first (MK) then got most of it done and headed to breakfast. We came back and finished everything. It was perfect. The PF was not very busy, but the food was still fresh and abundant and the characters all came around at the same time so we got awesome group shots, The pics were so good, we used them for Christmas cards. It isn't often you can get 3-4 characters in a pic so we were thrilled. Then we just had dinner later that day since this was more like brunch. It was the best tip I had gotten from another disney fanatic.

I actually prefer to eat earlier but for medical reasons.....I would love to eat later and just sort of enjoy the evening and relax after a day in the park, but it just cannot be done..

At home,we rarely eat dinner before 9pm. At Disney though we get ADRs between 6.30 and 8, because eating any later than that usually means missing the shows.
