Are we allowed to split meals on DDP?

Hi all,

I read a post to another topic that made me think of something. Sometimes, I don't eat a full meal at a table service restaurant. For instance, at Brown Derby, for just myself, I will sometimes get their Cobb Salad for dinner and nothing else. :thumbsup2

Can I go into Brown Derby (which is listed as "signature" for some unknown reason) and split my meal with someone?

Will they let you order the Cobb salad for dinner as your appetizer?

Thanks!

The only issues folks have faced splitting meals is when they're splitting meals with their young children. If you're splitting meals with another adult, you shouldn't encounter any unusual scrutiny.

The Cobb Salad may be ordered as an appetizer at dinner, by two guests (both using 2TS credits), not by one. Sorry.

AFAIK, that is not the case.

You can only split a meal with a little kid. :sad2:
That is not true, I just returned from a trip with my sister we were on the DDP and we shared our dinner every night, and not once did any of the servers give us any problem at all about it and even brought us an extra plate.

My sister and I shared at Raglan Road and Prime Time 50's. We had no problems. This allowed us to eat at 4 TS restaurants and pay out of pocket for any extras during our 3 night stay in August.

DM and I were there last week--we shared almost every meal without incident, and never came away hungry.
