Are wait times posted at each attraction?

Are the wait times posted at each of the rides and shows
or just at the more popular ones? Are the wait times fairly
accurate?

Yes they are posted at each ride or show. I think they might add 5mins to the posted time. Most of the time it's very accurate.

They are usually accurate, but they LIE at night, just before closing.

I had a feeling they might, and got into a line at Soarin' that said 90 minutes. We were in our seats 12 minutes later.

Just remember that the wait times are from the point of where the "wait time sign" is located, not from the end of the line.

Yeah the wait times are posted for every ride/attraction
They are fairly accurate give or take a minute or two

Several times over the years we've had cast members at the entrance to an attraction hand us a plastic card on a plain lanyard to give to the cast member who boards us - they use this method to actually track the time it takes a guest to make it through the line. Nice to know they aren't just making those numbers up. And yes, I've found the posted wait times to be pretty accurate.

Just got back yesterday from spending 8 out of 10 days in WDW. Always in the past I would agree with all the posters. I go every year and this was the first time I noticed that the Posted waitimes were VERY UNACURATE!

Most times I would say whatever the posted wait time was...double it!

However on MS they has the same 40 minute "Orange" (More Intense) wait time posted everytime we were there...and all times it was less than 5 minutes wait!

When we went 6 years ago we noticed that the wait times were inaccurate. We went to one ride which said 1hr and it was only 20 minutes. Another one said 1hr 30 and it was only about a 30 minute wait. Hoping it's improved but when in DLP we facilitate the use of fast pass. While dh goes on space moutain I did fastpass with peter pan.

Are the wait times fairly accurate? - yes and no. We have waited in lines that have been up to about 30mins out.

The reason why the wait times are off at night is because they are set with those plastic cards they give guests to send through the line to track how long the wait is, near closing they don't do this. Also we have gotten in the line for Soarin' at 8:55pm or so on a 9pm close and have waited the full 2 hours posted. Yipes!

Also slow downs or delays due to technical reasons, etc can change the wait time.
