Are wait times over 30 mins in Sept?

I am still trying to decide whether or not to add a day or two to our September trip. I don't really want to change hotels - we'll be at Disney first. I know September is a less busy time but what do wait times look like then? Under 30 mins is not bad ... I can't seem to find that answer.

I have been in September and we just went in February (supposedly a very slow time) and there were some rides that were over a 30 minute wait. It depends on the ride and on the wait time. We were at Hollywood Studios twice and within a hour or two the wait for Toy Story Mania was well over a hour. Same with some rides at other parks.

I doubt lines will be bad in late September.. but rides like Forbidden Journey and Rip Ride Rockit tend to have longer waits than the rest of the park, sometimes regardless of the time of year. I'd say it would be worth it!

And don't forget Transformers will be open at the Studios so you're looking at a longer wait since it will be new.

...and long waits over labor day holiday for sure.

Thanks for the replies! I don't know what kind of ride Transformers is going to be - will it be like a roller coaster or a ride like Despicable Me?

It's more like Spiderman...definitely not a coaster.

weekends bring in more locals.
go during the week for hopes of shorter line waits.

mid september should not be a problem.
