Are variety acts finally returning?

Buckets n Boards posted on their Instagram story that they are boarding the fantasy today! Hope that means Variety acts will finally be back.

That would be great news. We missed the variety acts on the dream in august.

The “finally” made me chuckle. It’s been less than two months in low season—hardly surprising there are fewer acts. I think the Fantasy needs more acts for when it goes to 7 nights, but I would’t expect to see more acts on the shorter sailings yet.

why do you say that? He’s my number one person for variety acts on Disney cruise. You can actually say that for every variety act. I’m sure there are some people that don’t care for every act DCl has. Myself and wife we don’t care for buckets and boards.

I don't know why some people don't care for John Charles but on some of my cruise social media groups there have been people who didn't care for him. I was so disappointed during the 2020 WBPC when we couldn't stop in Cartagena, since that is where John Charles was supposed to get on the Wonder. But no one could board the ship and no one could disembark so we weren't able to change entertainment. Luckily, most of the entertainers on board stepped up and went above and beyond. One group refused to do any extra performances at all and I hope DCL never hires them again.
