Hi,
We've been to several character buffets over our last two trips with our DD (2yo) and she has always been free. I'm just wondering if her meal is free at any buffet. I know we'll be going to Boma since we are staying at AKL, so just curious if she will be charged or not.

Thanks so much!

I've never been charged for an "under 3" at any buffet. I think you'll only get charged if you order a meal for them.

Under three is free at all buffetts, the only time you pay for taht age is if you order them a specific menu item at a restaurant.

Just a Note -- My littlest DS was 3 1/2 when we went to WDW last year. I gave his age when making PS's, but was not always asked at the actual restaurant.

At Hollywood & Vine, I noticed that our party was charged for 3 children, instead of 4. I brought this to the attention of our waitress who said that "under 3 eat free."

Not wanting to be dishonest, I told the waitress that my DS was in fact 3. She said not to worry about it and that she doubted that he ate anywhere near $12 worth of food.

We were pleasantly surprised that the chance to add $ to our bill was not jumoed on immediately.

We just smiled and left the waitress a little bigger tip for being so nice.
