Are unactivated AP vouchers transferable?

I just talked to DH and he said that one of the sales reps that works for him has two AP vouchers that they are not going to use. I guess they got them for a promotion or something and said he is mailing them to us! Is that legal if they have not be activated, never used? If we can, that would be AWESOME! It would save us well over $500 just on tickets for the parks, not to mention the possibility of a AP discount on the room!

I would guess so, because you can buy an AP as a gift.....not 100% sure, but I would say yes.
