Hi,

First time tripper here- we've purchased our park tickets already for our trip starting Jan 1. Will the tickets be mailed to us or do we pick them up somewhere once we get there?

TIA! :goodvibes

It depends.

If you purchased a package, your tickets will be on your room key and, of course, you'll pick those up when you check in.

If you purchased them from Disney and they were purchased separate from your room reservation, then it could be two things. Did you tell them you wanted to do "will call"? If so, then your tickets will be available at your resort when you check in. If you purchased them and didn't say you wanted "will call", then they should have been mailed to you.

If you purchased them from someone other than Disney, then I don't know 'cause I never purchase them from anyone but Disney.

Thanks for your response. I purchased them as part of a package with the room and the dining plan. I had made the room ressies first because the package was not available, then purchased the package a couple of months later. I did not specify will call. I should probably call them because we were hoping to go to a park before checking in to our room as we will be driving and arriving in the morning but check in time isn't until 3 p.m.

You're welcome. You can check in before 3:00 p.m. Even if your room is not ready, you can still check in, get your room key/park tickets (they are combined onto one card that looks like a credit card) and go on to the park. They will even hold your bags for you if you want to unload them from your car.

Oh great- I didn't know that! Thanks for the heads up. :thumbsup2
