Are they the same as the ones in Disneyland?

Splash Mountain, Pirates and the Haunted Mansion...are these an exact replica of the ones in Disneyland or are they just similar?

Just similar... Pirates is significantly shorter at WDW, but with a better queue... HM is slightly different, as is Splash... those last two you might not notice as much (though the ride vehicles are different on Splash... seats are 2-by-2 and not single-file)... but Pirates you will really notice the difference, and not for the better...

I like the queue at DL's PoC. For one thing the end is outside, and the view inside with the beach and the bayou (and BB restaurant) is cool.

Although you may not notice it, there is one huge difference between the two HM's. In DL, the stretching room when you enter is actually an elevator. Because of space limitations, the ride is actually "outside" the park! They built the ride outside the boundary of the WDRR, so in order to get riders to the ride, you take the "elevator" down and walk under the train tracks. At WDW, where they had plenty of room to build everything, but didn't want to take away this element of a Disney classic, they recreated the room, but made it "just" part of the attraction and not a room with a working function.
