Are they strict about Genie+ return times?

Hello.

We are driving in April and I expect we will be arriving to GDT around 11 and maybe getting to EP by noon, or so.

If we make a Genie+ selection that morning and are running late, will the CMs still allow us to enter?

The grace period is generally understood to be 5 minutes early and 15 minutes late, but that's not official.

It is up to the CM at the ride but generally 15 minutes is all you get unless you can convince the CM of extenuating circumstances like a delayed dining reservation or being stuck on another attraction.
