1) No, it as been stopped.
2) There were logistical issues.
. . . too many people wanted divers and menus
. . . it took too much staff time
. . . the divers couldn't get their regular job done
. . . if people couldn't get them, they got verbally abusive
NOTE: The height of guest bad behavior was when the guest would be late for their ADR and the diver had already came with the sign. Several guests each month would become very loud in the restaurant! And, for something not the eatery's fault.
