Im in DL right now and IC just popped up as an option in MP but says fast passes aren’t currently available.

No, there was media this morning and the upchrage event this afternoon. It likely showed up since they have loaded it in for tomorrow.

There was also reports of cast member previews.

I the past for "soft openings" they have indeed quietly opened the ride...but just as quickly closed it so they can run guests through for both cast training and work and kinks out so would not be surprised if there was a soft opening opportunity. Just need to be in the right place at the right time.
