Are theses wait times accurate?

I downloaded the Undercover Tourist wait times app on my phone and have been checking the wait times periodically during the day for the Magic Kingdom for the past few days. I have noticed that after 9 or 9:30 in the evening the wait times for many rides drop dramatically. Are these wait times accurate? If so, I am assuming it is as people are getting ready to watch Wishes and the Electric Parade.

I have never used that app, but I would say it probably is accurate it's often recommended to ride the attractions prior to the parade or Wishes as many people are waiting for those events to start I would say even in busier times this would be the case but maybe others who have used this app can say for sure.
