Of the places you listed, the Yak & Yeti quick service is outdoors. I'm not certain about the Liberty Inn if you are referring to the quick service at the American pavilion in Epcot.

All are indoors besides the Yak & Yeti counter service location, which is mostly shaded. If you're referring to the Yak & Yeti table service restaurant, that is inside.

The Liberty Inn quick service at the American Pavilion is a combination of indoor and outdoor seating, but you choose where you want to sit.

Yak and Yeti Local Foods quick service is the only one on your list that is entirely outdoors. Yak and Yeti table service is indoor seating.

ABC and Columbia Harbour House are indoor quick service restaurants.

Skippers Canteen is an indoor table service restaurant.
