Are these hard to get reservations?

I am planning on booking Hoop De Doo on Aug 8th for our 1 night stay on Oct 7th. I have a group of 15. I called the 407 WDW DINE to get the procedure for a large group. I was told to call at 7am on Aug. 8th to get reservations. The reservations will already have been open for 1 hour. What are my chances of getting the reservation? Same deal for the next day Sunday Oct. 8th. I want to get Garden Grill , will the reservations be gone in one hour? Thanks so much.

I think Hoop will be difficult. Guests who have WDW resort reservations will have the advantage of being able to book this before your window opens and it’s very popular. You may need to be flexible with showtimes if anything is available
