Are there "Wishes Cruises" (like Illuminations Cruises)??

Just curious as to whether or not there are cruises for the Wishes fireworks? We've seen Illuminations many times, but never Wishes.

yes there are wishes tours. we always do one out of WL just because we like the lodge,but i think you can leave any MK resort. the pontoon boat rents for 120$ and included the driver. it is for you and your party and holds 10-12 people. have done this several times and it is great!

Our family of 11 just went on the cruise last night and we had a marvelous view of Wishes.

Our pontoon left from the Wilderness lodge boat dock at 8:30 and we rode around the lake a bit till we got to our location right in front of the Castle.

It was wonderful getting the full effects of the fireworks. The music was loud enough that we could even hear it out on our boat.

We all enjoyed the fireworks cruise very much. We arrived back at the Wilderness lodge right in time to see the Water parade go by. Beautiful way to spend an evening at Disney.

We have not done the Illuminations cruise so I can't compare but we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Thank you! I'm so glad to hear this! Now, just have to find out if it is too late to book one during our trip in July....I'm a last minute planner sometimes! LOL! Is it possible to have it just to ourselves (slim chance, I know) if dh and I are willing to pay the total cost of $120 for the two of us? It would be a really great 5th anniversary present to ourselves! But, we would be willing to share with others, too. Would they automatically book us with another party to fill the boat? Just curious!

My understanding is that the boat is all yours. You can combine with others (to cut costs), but that is totally up to you. However, if you book the boat by using wishes from a package, you may be with others on the boat. I've heard people complaining about not having the boat to themselves and this is why.

Also, if you call and can't get a boat. Try again every week. People cancel.
