Are there "pet-free" rooms?

Hi, can anyone tell me if the three hotels have rooms that are designated "no-pets." I would prefer to stay in a room that has not had pets in it...

Hi Betty,

I have a son who is asthmatic and have stayed at both HRH and Portofino. I have always noted this is the reservation and have always been assured we would not have a room that animals have been in prior. I believe they try and keep pets in one area on certain floors. Just let them know your wishes and I am sure they will be met! Have a great time

Do you notice a lot of pets on the grounds, etc.? Not to sound anti-pet, but I wonder where all the "mess" goes, etc.

They are very careful to keep the "mess" out of sight.
