Thinking of doing the 2015 Dopey. I was wondering if there were park passes for after the race. I looked through all the packags and options and it doesn't seem like it. Thanks!

RunDisney offers discount tickets to race participants at the time of registration. You have to buy them before race weekend and they are only valid for a limited time beyond actual race day.

BUT, and an important BUT....

Disney has never offered discounted passes to the January weekend. Do not plan on the hook.

Ahhh I hadn't ever looked for January, so glad you pointed that out!!

Once they tried marathon Monday where if you wore your marathon medal you got a free pass. There was such a blow back due to the exclusion of the half runners and from many AP folks that it was destined to be a once and done.

And they didn't even offer discounted tickets during Princess this year, either. However, for both trips this year we were able to take advantage of general public discounts on packages that included tickets. Otherwise, my favorite place to buy discounted stand-alone park passes is Undercover Tourist.

(Oh, and hi, GatorDeb - I recognize you from the BT forums!) :wave2:

as in tri forums.... I used to frequent there. It was so very helpful getting ready for my second sprint tri. Like many, I went into tri #1 with out a lot of knowledge.

Thanks! So I gather they do for the CA ones but not for FL. So pretty much do all the accomodations myself. They do have discounts if you use their travel provider. I'm guessing book the rooms now because they fill up.
