Are there maps or menus for dining (er, eating).

Are there maps in the MK, etc., that show where counter services are AND a general description or menu of foods served? I'm not looking for "dining" ;) experiences, just the sort of places to grab a quick sandwich, etc., for hungry Grandkiddos. In years past, with my own children, I can remember walking and walking to various counter service until we found something the kids liked. I'd like to be able to plan ahead a bit.
Thanks!

when you enter MK or other parks, there are the usual brochures of all the area you are in. ALSO they have small little letters to tell you where the restaurants are and counter service ones. Also they put in the little stands for ice cream or popcorn and grab and go items.
Hope this helps

If you want the low down on counter service, including ratings by both adults and kids I would recommend investing in the Passporter. This is a travel book but it includes rate comparisons on rooms, a list of all food services at the parks and resorts and a slew of ideas. But the best is that when they talk about each park there is a fold out map that shows the rides and the food service locations.

The menus are available here and allearnet.com for specifics concerning prices and food offerings.

The Passporter can be ordered on line and sometimes on e-bay.

Maybe, maybe not - but the DIS Webmasters appreciate that we not refer people to outside sources when the information is available right here on www.wdwinfo.com Plus, that site doesn't have this http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningmain.cfm really cool Search Tool that wdwinfo has

Isn't this board for the free exchange of WDW information? I wasn't aware that there were rules prohibiting the exchange of info that might also be found here. Also note that I specifically said that *I* find the AllEarsNet page easier to navigate. I would think that I'm entitled to my own opinion, am I not?

I checked with my secret source, and the maps I sought are not available at this time - but the suggestion has been taken under advisement.

You can get a dining guide when you check in or at Guest services at the Parks. That way you can use it with your park map. It gives small descriptions of every resturant on WDW property.

 Thanks very much to each of you. I just knew that you nice folks would be able to help me out.:yay:
