Are there going to be any discounts for January?

Does anyone know if they will do any discounts for Jan 2004? I know you all have been waiting forever for some AP rates to come out, and I would be willing to get an AP. I really want to bump up to a moderate and surprise my family, but just can't afford to at rack rates. We would rather have the extra $$ for lots of character meals and souviners. If I could get a discount though I would do it in a heartbeat. Is it just me or does Disney seem to be getting more and more unpredictable? I want to book my room, but there really is no reason for me to do it this far in advance if there won't be any discounts released until Nov/Dec. I don't know, I am obviously confused and my mind is scrambled!

There is no guarantee as to when or if they will come out, people that were waiting for rates after August 23 seemed to have been left out in the cold with no discounts. I would guess that if they do come out, it won't be until November or so. (October if we got lucky)
