Are there free refill cups at Universal Studio's

Refill cups cost between $5 to $8.95. Refills are $1.90. The cheapest refill mugs are in the gift shop. They don't initially come filled, but you can get them filled at any restaurant or food stand that has a soda fountain for the price of a small drink. The more expensive ones are found at restaurants and food carts.
