Are there fewer photographers?

My friend went last week and she was telling me there were not very many photographers around (did all but DHS) and she was disappointed that she bought memory maker. Her trip was four days, mine is 9 however I have to ask if this has been anyone else's experience lately?

We were there in June and saw lots of photographers, but they do disappear if it's raining. Maybe that was an issue for your friend?

I guess there were fewer in AK, now that I think about it, probably because there are walls in front of many of the usual photo spots. But even there, we stopped 4-5 in front of the Tree of Life and EE.

We just got back. We had also thought there were fewer photographers this year than last, both trips in September

On our trip this past May I was actually thinking the opposite. During prior trips we sometimes had a hard time finding photographers, or when we did the lines would be so long. This trip they seemed to be everywhere. Epcot seemed to have quite a few in particular. Maybe because it was during F&G.

I felt it was the opposite just prior to Labor Day. We spent two weeks around the parks and we're surprised how many photographers we came across. We ended up with over 800 pictures (before edits!) on our MM. We even had multiple pics from both the waterparks and DTD.

Interesting how it varies! It did rain quite often last week when they were there that might be why. She felt like she had so few it wasn't worth the MM package. I am there twice as long as her on our trip and this is my first time buying MM I hope we have better luck!

I'm here now and I've seen plenty of photographers around. Even ones in places I'd never noticed them before. I know the weather was pretty rainy last week so that may have had an affect on your friend's trip
