Are there ever any Easter discounts?

We're looking at spring break 2016, Mar. 24-30ish. Are there ever any discounts for that time? Free dining? Room only? Even by pin?

We're also going next March (25th-April 2) for DD's birthday/Spring break/F&G/Easter. Hoping to get a R/O spring 2016 BB offer while we're there in October.

We were there last year for Easter break and got a discount. It was a room discount and an extra park day free with purchase of minimum 4 day ticket. Can't remember if it was presented as a package deal or not. It was nice to get the extra day, but the discount on the room was the real savings.

Yes, as posted above, Disney lifted the normal Easter blackout this year. Presumably because spring breaks are now scattered all over from February through April, so Easter week in Disney is not what it used to be. Don't get me wrong, Easter day and right around it are normally crowded at MK, as with any holiday.

As for the discount, we were thrilled to get such a nice one! 30 or 35% off deluxe with lots of choices/availability. Then Orbitz topped that deal with an additional 15% Disney's total.

Thanks, that restores my hope for our trip. Now I will impatiently wait for the package rates 2016 to come out.

You can get discounts anytime if you are flexible with dates. we are getting free dining over Thanksgiving because we are checking in on the 19th. some people are getting it over christmas by checking in early too.
