Are there diseases/viruses cats can get from dogs?

Other than distemper & rabies?

I've been visiting my DSis with my cat a lot. The cat & her dogs actually have the same vet and they all have their basic vaccinations. The vet is very cautious about NOT wanting to vaccinate my cat for things she does not need, (other than distemper & rabies,) or vaccines that are potentially dangerous. Like, since my kitty has no contact with other cats at all, they won't vaccinate for feline leukemia. And unless I know I will have to board her when I go on vacation, they do not want to unnecessarily give her other shots.

However, during the vet visit a few weeks ago, I forgot to mention that my cat does have some contact with my DSis's dogs. My cat roams around the house freely when the dogs are crated in another room. They can freely go into her room when she's not visiting. She sniffs their food bowls. And we are trying to integrate the cat & dogs so they can actually roam about together in the same room, peacefully, if possible.

The dogs do socialize with other dogs.

Do I need to go back & tell the vet my cat has contact with the dogs because there may be potential diseases/viruses my kitty may catch from them?
