Are there discounts or pin codes for DL?

I am a WDW veteran and I am attempting my first trip to Disneyland and I am completely overwhelmed! I have been working my way through the sticky threads!

So one of my first questions is are there discounts or pin codes like at WDW? All of the special offers on the site right now are for pass holders so I wasn't sure.

There are, although whether people are getting them after Carsland is not known. I haven't heard anyone on here mention that they received on lately. There are not really any special offers right now either that are a great deal, and the same thing, there likely won't be any for Summer, possibly even through the new year.

It's definitely worth trying to get a pin, can't hurt. Just save an offer while logged into disneyland's site for the dates you want. Or do the order a vacation cd thing as well, might help. Keep en eye out for offers, but if there will be any for fall, they likely won't come out until early August. When are you hoping to go?

THANK YOU!

Hoping for October!

Same here! I have always managed to get either a pin or a great fall promotion, but this year, I am not holding my breath. I booked DLH at an appaling $406 a night for 4 nights (That was with an AP discount!!), but I am praying a promotion comes out. Last year, we got a pin for the DLH and even after the remodel in the fall, I only paid $209 a night for the DLH. Here's hoping! I will keep my fingers crossed for both of us!

I currently have a great discount booked at WDW but I really want to switch. The question is - am I willing to pay rack rate? Or I guess option B - stay offsite?

I've got some time to decide I guess. I'll keep on the lookout and cross my fingers for all of us!

Definitely true, you have time! If it doesn't work out, WDW is definitely a good back up plan :)

I'm also hoping for the discount! I just booked Paradise Pier at $225/night and I also have a room at the Best Western booked just in case. I really want Paradise Pier though...my son is having his birthday there, and every year we are given a bunch of money to buy him a present from relatives that hate shopping and I'd rather call, have them do baskets or an in room celebration, then relax than try to either bring his presents down or do the covert shopping/wrapping thing.

I know I have received a PIN but it was last year or the year before, I already had a trip to WDW booked so I wasn't able to use it.
