Are there changing room/shower facilities at the Pbh/

We have an 8 p.m. flight out our last day at Universal and we plan on going to the parks and then relaxing at the pool before heading back to MCO.
Has anyone done that? Or has anyone notice if there are changing facilities to use since will have already checked out of our rooms?
I'd appreciate any help.

Why not just arrange for a late check out?

How late a check-out can you arrange? Our flight isn't until 8 p.m.
and we don't plan on leaving until around 6p.m.
