Are there anymore teens here going to be a freshman in HS?

no, because i start school this month.
but anyways I'm a sophomore, thank goodness I no longer have to be a freshman it's horrible, i hated it.

Lucky. This is my first time ever changing schools, so im really nervous.(I go to Catholic School). But I get a Senior Sister and the first day we have a picnic with them, and they will help us throughout the school year with anything we may need. So that fact makes me feel a little better.

I'm going into my junior year, but I do have some advice: take advantage of the freshman mentoring program that you mentioned. Even if your question sounds stupid, go ahead and ask. Your Senior Sister was a freshman too, so hopefully she'll be understanding about whatever questions you may have.

I'm gonna be a freshman and I have a senior brother! But yeah, I'm fine with it. At the high school I'm going to there was a charter 7/8 grade program that I was in, so I know the school already.

Advice from a senior in HS - you really have nothing to be nervous about. The first couple of days may be stressful as you learn your way around the school, but just remember that there are a ton of other kids (i.e. the other freshman) in the same boat as you. And I'll repeat what was said before - don't be afraid to ask your Senior Sister questions or anyone for help if you need it. The majority of the time you will find someone who will be more than happy to help you out.

I'm gonna be a freshman and I'm freaked out. I hate school. Not because I don't do well, I'm really smart and I get good grades and I got honors classes. But I hear high school's even worse than middle school and what I went through and got scarred in middle school.......*shivers* Anyway, I am SO not ready to be a freshman.

The only good thing is that my brother is going to be a sophmore, so he can help me out a little.......if he feels like it.

I was a freshman, now I am Sophomore, though not officially until September. If Freshman ridiculing is as bad as it is at my school in other schools then good luck to all incoming freshman. Be prepared~
