Are there any stores closing in the Toronto area?

Dh will be in Toronto starting on Sunday and we were hoping he could get to a store that is closing to see if he could get any good deals.

Not sure about store closings, but there are amazing deals to be had on summer gear already. Was at Old Navy Sunday morning and most of their summer clothes were already 40% off.
I'm still waiting for spring to come, so I think 40% off is pretty amazing.
