Are there any special kids activities at CSR?

Ok, so I know the deluxe resorts have kids activities and even CBR has some stuff, but what about CSR? I've read so much about it being for conventioneersat -- does that mean nothing for the kids?

There is a television in Centro where you check in with tables with crayons, etc. There is the Dig Site pool with the great slide; there is a playground area with sand and fun things to do and there is a great arcade. There are also bike rentals and boat rentals (although they'd have to be with adults for that). The Dig Site pool has an "opening ceremony" where all the kids are invited to start the day. The kids love it.

We spent several mornings at the pool on our last trip. Beside the opening ceremony they had lots of other stuff going on for the kids. The lifeguards involved them in daily games & craft projects. We had no children along, but we were very impressed with the job the lifeguards & how much they seemed to enjoy working with the kids!

Yes, the lifeguards usually have things going on during the day at the main pool with the kids.

Things that cost money at the surrey bikes, water mice, fishing and caricature drawings.

When we were there, they did some treasure hunts in the sand area by the playground too. They would bury items for the kids to search for. They also did water games with the kids.
