are there any ships that are docked Friday nights at pc that leave later?

I believe most ships sail around 5:00 from Port Canaveral. At least the ones starting their cruises there. Some ships doing PC as a port stop may leave later (I know that the Magic did when PC was a stop for going to WDW on their NY cruises)

Although, it seems that there are no ships departing PC on 12/9.

We have done what you want to a few times. It is cool watching the cruise ships come down the Channel. We have done it from FishLips and from Grills:
