Alsoooo another quick question.
Aren't some of the villas DVC resorts? Can I stay there even though i'm not a member? or are they not the same thing..lol
Yes, they're the same thing, and you can stay at a DVC resort without being a member. Disney retains ownership of a very small percentage of the room inventory at each DVC resort, and they rent them out to the general public. You'll see them on the reservations site as "deluxe villas". Also, if members trade out to take a cruise or some other non-DVC trip, a villa of comparable worth will be available for general public booking, to recoup the cost of the trade.
Some discounts will apply to the deluxe villas and the FW cabins, some won't. It depends on whether Disney thinks they'll be able to fill them without a discount.
Here's how the kitchens/kitchenettes break out in deluxe villas:
Studios have kitchenettes. They include a small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. There are glasses, mugs, paper plates and bowls, and plastic utensils. Oh, and there's a small sink.
One, two and three bedroom villas have a full kitchen, with full-size appliances: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher. They come equipped with dishes, flatware, pots & pans, glassware.
