Are there any Med Cruise designs out there?

I am planning on going on a 2011 Med Cruise with my husband and my sister and brother in law. I would like to make my sister a planning folder/notebook. I have been looking for a Med cruise design but can't find anything. It doesn't have to be date specific---just something that would indicate the European route. If anyone know of something like this I would be grateful to hear about it!! THANKS
