Are there any grocery stores near DL?

I'm just wondering if there are any grocery stores within walking distance to DL? People have said that parking is hard to find at the hotel that we are staying at and once we park we shouldn't move again. I'm just wondering if I should pick up what I need before we get to the hotel or if there is one within walking distance. Thanks

I would pick up what you need prior to checking in. There are no real supermarkets within walking distance. There are a few min-marts or gift shops around hotels that will carry some smaller stuff, but you'll pay less and get more if you stop first.

There is a Target store not far from DL,where you can buy some groceries, and paper goods.

Depending upon where you're staying the Target on Harbor and the Food 4 Less (grocery store) may be in walking distance. From the intersection of Katella and Harbor, Target is about a mile south on Harbor and Food 4 Less is over a mile west on Katella.

It'd probably be best to pickup before you arrive if you don't want to move your car.

I've ordered from both Vons and Albertsons and had them deliver - and I love that service!!! Now if only Starbucks would deliver or hurry up and get a deal going in DTD...

Oh no! What about one of the "credit cards" that are gift cards? Would that work since they don't have your address associated with it?

Thanks everyone, we will just stop at one before we get to the hotel...I can buy milk from the convenience store but everything else I will get before check in.
