Are there any Fees to those who rent points?

Are there any other fees for people who rent out your points?
I know you pay the $x per point, and I would not have taxes added on, but is there any other fees not mentioned?
Trying to figure out my budget before I ask for points to rent for my May or Sept 2005 trip.

Nope! At least, not that I've ever heard of. I've rented twice (before I became an owner) and just paid the per-point cost.

if you want daily maid service - yes that is extra - or even one more day of trash and towel. you need to go through the front desk to get these things.

However I am happy not having someone in my room thank you very much.

but some people actually want daily maid service.

There are no additional fees other than those you general independently like daily maid service, phone calls including local, purchases and the like. No occupancy taxes and no utilities fee. Those that trade in through II have an additional $95 fee.

If you need 100 points and you buy them for $10 per point from a DVC member the reservation, "ressie", will cost you $1,000.
NO service fees, No taxes, No Commissions, No charges for something else unless you want it or need it.
Have a blast, it works just fine.
