Are there any all inclusive resorts in US?

A kids passport is only good for 5 years. Adults are 10. You have to consider how many times it will be used for the kids in that time frame.
 
You do not need a passport to travel to or from Puerto Rico. You can also travel to the US Virgin Islands without a passport.
