Are the Water Parks actually doable in January?

We're gonna take a quick 3 night trip to WDW Jan 1-4 and were wondering if we should do a water park once and just go to MK/Epcot in one day to save some of my MYW tix days.

We just got back last week from WDW and bought 10 day PH tix with No Exp.

Will I be able to add the magic plus option in January or is it too late? Thanks!

the last two times we went in Jan it was too cold to swim most days..you might hit a good day but them again you probably won't want to count on it!

I think that, if the ticket was used more than 13 days ago, it is not possible to add on the plus pack. You could trade up the old pass on a prorated basis towards a similar new pass.

Example: 10 day non-expiring with hopping, gate price is $367. If two days are used the trade up value is $294. Trading up to 10 day non-expiring with hopping (those attributes are required) and also plus pack, cost $415, you need to add $121. which incidentally is the cost of adding back the two used days at the average cost per day each ($37.) plus the plus pack at its normal $48. price.

I would guess that in January there is at least one day a week that it is comfortable going swimming.

Did January trips twice recnetly and got in at least one visit to a water park each time.

We have been swimming the last two januarys. Go to ak and then head to bb.

We may have simply been lucky but we were able to visit BB in January. The weather was great! Other days during our stay may have been a bit chilly though. I would suggest that you try to do a water park but be flexible about which day you go. Go to the water park the first day that you can that is warm (hoping that you have a warm day).
