Are the SDFP kiosks open during morning EMHs?

I apologize if this is obvious, but with the ability to do fp from your phone, I was wondering if the kiosks are open as soon as the parks open?

Some may be.
Some may still be covered.
It could certainly vary from day-to-day, due to different CMs being on-the-job.

They certainly did in the past (more like "pop-up" in different spots) when they were more necessary for more guests.

Yes the kiosks are open. I was there during a PPO breakfast last week and the Kiosk in City Hall was open.

But, as I was saying in my earlier post, this can vary from day-to-day, due to different CMs being on-the-job.

-when we were at BOG for an early breakfast last fall the ones in fantasyland were covered up that early (like they do at night when there are none left)...

You're forgetting about the FP kiosk screens in City Hall/Guest Relations.

-on our recent trip those were closed-I'm not sure if it is permanent but they were not an option the day I was in city hall (this was the first week in May)

They were open all 3 days I was there for a PPO breakfast just last week and not one CM was standing in City Hall near them.
