Are the pool bars closed?

With the new order just issued, are the pool bars closed at the DVC resorts? I would think you can walk up and order just not actually sit at the bar itself?

As long as you aren't sitting inside just drinking, it should be open. They might remove some or all of the chairs at the bar. Bars can only be open to sell drinks to go. Or else they sell more food products than drinks.
