are the parades and shows the same time each day?

I want to be sure to get those I want to see on my schedule, and those I do not want to see so I can try to be in the land I want to be in before they start.

Not necessarily. For example, during my trip the parade is at 3:30 & 6:30 some days and other days there is only one performance at 7:00.

You can check the entertainment calendar for your dates. Not sure when you're going, so they might not be up yet.

we are going in August, so wanted to plan around them if possible. I hear if your not wise you will be stuck in a high traffic erea trying to get out if you do not want to see the parade and there for I want to be far and away some where else

You will probably need to wait for the info then. They put up the times for my trip a few weeks ago, and it's at the end of April. So, about 6-7 weeks in advance I would say. I imagine that they will probably have more consistent schedules during the summer time. Once they get into Late June schedules, you might be able to put together an idea of what to expect.
