Are the LTT waits as bad as I've read?

We have FP+ at HM at 12:10 - 1:10, then ADR at LTT at 1:15. Next FP+ is Peter Pan at 2:20-3:20. Surely this will give us enough time to make our FP to PP as it is only a short walk away, right?

You should be fine. Personally my wait limit is 30 min past ADR time, them I am done

With a 1:15 ADR, I'd count on being seated between 1:25-1:45. I'd allow at least an hour for eating, which should give you plenty of time to step out and walk down the way toward Peter Pan. You also have a 15 minute grace period on your FP+ times. I think you'll be good getting there by 3:35.

Dinner is a different beast than lunch. Lunch is a la carte with a recently added all-you-care-to-eat option. This has created havoc with the lunch time seating since they have no idea who will be taking more time with the AYCTE option until they order it.

Dinner is AYCTE for everyone, so they're a little better at seating. Still, I wouldn't go much past 7:00-7:15 for an ADR. Dinner will take at least an hour and you'll want to find your spot for Wishes once you're done. The restaurant is on the backside of the castle.
