Are the HS/EPCOT boats air-conditioned?

I was planning to take the boat from HS to Epcot but if the boats are not air-conditioned I am considering the bus instead. I broke my toe recently so I have ruled out any unnecessary walking. Can anyone confirm whether the boats have a/c or not? Thank you.

The one I was on a few weeks ago was open air.
I find it to be acceptable even in the hottest of hot.
I've also taken the bus which I'd say is more time efficient but there's also more walking involved to get to the bus and then from the bus to the entrance of Epcot.
Plus it depends a bit on where in the park you want to be.
If Future World then bus is great. If World Showcase I'd take the boat.

They have air conditioning units on the roof, but the units don't do a good job of keeping the boats cool. The boats have openable windows as designed, but Disney sealed the windows many years back, probably to cut maintenance costs. It's not uncommon to see a floor fan positioned by an open front door to try to pull some fresh air in.

You may be confusing the Friendship Boats (Epcot to DHS) with the Sassagoula Riverboats (DS to resorts.) The Friendship Boats are completely enclosed like a typical small ferry boat, except for a small open area in back that seats about 6-8.
