Are the days DRAGGING for anyone else ????

Is the wait different for your first trip to Disney different? This will be my first trip to Disney and I am acctually enjoying the anticipation. I'm reading the boards, listening to the WDWToday podcasts, making LGMH, writting lists, etc. Maybe once I've been there and I *know* how good it is then the days will drag when I have the 2nd trip scheduled? I hope I've made a bit of sence?

Posting again because I just read your responce and have to say Yes! the wait is so much harder once you have been there and "catch the magic" !!!

I feel ya! We have less than 2 weeks...so I hate to tell you...it's gonna get worse!!!!! Just sitting here typing this is almost agonizing...PLEASE... SOMEONE...KNOCK ME OUT AND WAKE ME SEPT. 21ST!!!! AAAAHHHH!!! ok, sorry about that, but man I can't wait!

We will be there 9/29 and surpisingly September seems to be flying! I think I have just planned for so long and know actually starting to put everyting into action the days are flying. Also I know as much as we can't wait to get there it won't be long until we are on our way home. Just trying to savor the moments.

wow and wooo hooo 17 more days until my first trip this year lol I'm ready to fock and be focked. Have LOTS of little green heads and cute little tags...this is making my trip anticipation different than before...lol just another way to enjoy the magic!!! I'm staying at the Swan this trip...so watch out for me...I'm thinking maybe I'll do something for my door...hummmmmmmmm...am I there yet??? lol I can't ask anyone that on the way since I'm going Solo...sheesh!!!Have a magical time all of you and please FOCK me!!!

It always amazes me how slow these days count down a how fast they fly by when you are there. Actually, I found that when I first get down there, everything seems to be going along nicely. You know - I still have 6 or 5 or 4 days to go. Then those last couple of days are gone in the blink of an eye.

Oh well, best to concentrate on what's still to come!!!

The days are definitely dragging by for us. We have to wait til October 7. At the same time, I'm also starting to panic about not being ready, too. AND I'm already feeling sad about it being over before we've even gotten there!!

I'm in the same boat!! We have 17 painfully agonizing days to go....we start our road trip at 11pm on 9/26...we'll be checked into the AKL by the next evening.....since the calander flipped to September time has pretty much stopped. WHICH IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I WANNA Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo already!!!!!!!!

I agree!!! Some of you are so LUCKY to be leaving SOON!!! We have 408 days and it seems like forever from now! But, I look at it this way. The school year is underway(which will fly by) and then it will be June. Only a few months after that and we go! I think my DH knows I am crazy because I eat and sleep Disney! These darn DIS boards!!!

I guess I shouldn't complain, you've got a ways to go. At least you have something to look forward too. This coming trip for me is the first thing in a *long* time that I've had to look forward to. I would try to think of it that way, at least you know when you are going again!

The days are going slow but I can't wait. We only have 14 days to go and the weather here is so gloomy. WE live in Iowa and it is rainy and gloom. I have the sunny weather to look for.

I fly out Sept. 29 and I swear the closer I get the slower the days go. I also have to work almost a full day on the day I leave and I know that I'm going to be going crazy that whole day. I'll just want to be done with work!
