Are the days DRAGGING for anyone else ????

The days are so LONG since I began my 30 day countdown ....
I feel like I could scream
I wish it were Sept 30th ...If I wish hard enough do you think it will happen????

Just remember how fast the days FLY by when you are actually there. dh and I are always so sad when we arrive at Orlando then in a blink of an eye, we are flying home. It's just not fair! lol

we still have 85 days to go! I feel like I need to plan more stuff to do on our trip just to give me something to do because, yes, our days are dragging by too!

I'm waiting, not so patiently, for Sept 30th too! (Well, we leave 9/29, but we don't check-in until the 30th.) It does seem like it's taking forever!!!! I'm just glad it's finally September!

I'm right there with you! It wasn't this bad until we broke the one month mark and now time is dragging.... I try not to think about it too much, so maybe time will go by faster

I KNOW, I KNOW! actually we have 33 days and I'm starting to get a bit panick stricken! where do I start? what do we pack? will the airlines let us keep what we pack? do I have all my tickets? ya see...THAT'S what I mean!

I feel your pain. My wife and I have 22 days to go. I have allready packed. I have been watching the Modern Marvels show about Disney repeatedly. My wife keeps looking at all our paperwork and has been reading her Passporter over and over. I wish we could leave now.

I agree at first the time did pass quickly but once I got to the 30day make
it all changed to a crawl. I keep looking at my counter and thinking isnt that what it said yesterday

WE are leaving Sunday and these past few days have gone so s-l-o-w-l-y. I just can't take it! At least I have errands to run today and last minute things to buy and tomorrow we have a b-day party to go to. But tomorrow afternoon will be horrible! We leave before the sun rises on Sunday!

We're finally at 90 days, but it seems like the days are getting longer and longer the closer we get to The Date.

I printed out a calendar so I can cross off each day as it passes. Do you think if I crossed off two days at a time, our vacation would get here sooner?

I Know days are dragging here for us to...We leave one week from today 9/15 driving down from Connecticut the plan is to make it in one day we should with two drivers want to check in early on the 16th for our 10 night stay at Pop!! On the way back will stop overnight as we are in no rush to check out on 9/26. Any one else on these boards going to be at Pop the same time as us?

Heck yes! Everything seems to be going in slow motion until I will be in the World which now is less than 24 hours!!!!!! This past week has been crawling. Although I have to admit that time speeds up once I start packing, I never have enough time there! And unlike some of you very dedicated DISers it is the day before my trip and I'm not completely packed. Yikes!

August zipped by us as if the month was nonexistent. Now, that September is here..........it's just freakin' slow as hell!!!! I got 19 days left and I see it is going to do a very dragged out couple of weeks.

we leave the 29th too getting in the 30th. I can't decide if I want it to get here now or just take it's sweet time b/c like someone else said...it will be over before you know it!

One thing that is making me hold out for the 'all out Disney' attitude around this house is that my boys have no idea we are going yet! we tell them next Sunday with a treasure hunt so after that I think it will be crazy Disney around here! We are going for their birthdays and I have been a planning fool since January so now that is it almost here...whoo hoo!!

Is the wait different for your first trip to Disney different? This will be my first trip to Disney and I am acctually enjoying the anticipation. I'm reading the boards, listening to the WDWToday podcasts, making LGMH, writting lists, etc. Maybe once I've been there and I *know* how good it is then the days will drag when I have the 2nd trip scheduled? I hope I've made a bit of sence?

I really need the days to SLOW DOWN just a little. We leave in just 7 more days YAHOO!!! BUT I am no where near ready and am starting to get edgy. I hope to be packed by the end of the weekend and almost ready to go. We are leaving at " 0 dark thirty" on Friday morning so we can have a good part of the afternoon then MNSSHP that night. Busy week coming up with stuff at the schools, scouts, soccer, and of course that pesky little thing called my job (of course that helps pay for my Disney habit) so I am wishing for a SLOW DOWN! Of course I think that next Thursday is going to
draaaaaaaaaaaaaag along.

Now I am off to take care of some errands so I can get on my way to ready.

Simba22, I noticed in your signature that you are staying at ASMO for the second time after staying at CBR. We are doing ASMO for the first time this trip after staying at CBR for our first trip last Oct. We just didn't use the resort but for sleeping and thought paying the extra for mod. was a waste.

Anyway,I hope this means we've made a good choice in Value!!!

P.S. OP: Sorry to invade your thread with something off topic, But the time is going by sooooooooo slooooooooooow for us too!!
