Are strollers allowed in MSEP fp area?

Is it the same area as the Festival of Fantasy FP+ area? There were definitely strollers in there, because I stood behind one and had a lovely view!

We had ours with us in the MSEP FP+ area right in front of the castle last trip. It was great, we had tons of room and didn't have the crush of humanity upon us until they took the ropes down for Wishes.

The FP area for parades is now at Town Square and strollers are allowed.
