are Southern California Select annual passes gone?

I was looking on the website and saw only two options for annual passes. It appears that all of the southern california resident annual passes are no longer available. Does anybody have any information on this? Are they gone for good?

I just looked at the site and they were there for me under tickets. But they weren't with the annual passes. They had a separate area for them all the way at the bottom.
